Team Osom is a female Roller Derby team from Buenos Aires City. 20 skaters play this intense sport, dedicating hours of training in pursuit of the highest competitive goals. Like every other amateur sport, it relies on our own funding and your help.

These 20 women represent the continent: they’re the best latin american team, even better than many european and north american teams. They are the living image of effort and perseverance, team work, dedication and passion for the sport. They are 20 women ready to take over the world, training outdoors night after night in Chacabuco Park.

After competing throughout the continent, they’ve travelled for the first time to the United States (the cradle of Roller Derby) in 2016 thanks to crowdfunding in Ideame, and they beat all the forecasts. At last, an argentinian team placed itself in the rankings, making a debut in Division 1. The news spread across the sports scene, and got invited to each of the four most prestigious tournaments of Roller Derby.

Always stretching its sports boundaries, the girls dared and chose to participate in the most demanding tournament of them all, which is also one of the most expensive in terms of logistics: The Big O, which will take place on 5-7 May in Eugene, Oregon (USA). That’s why we need your contribution, so we can afford lodging, food and commuting, and keep reaching for our goals. We need your help, so we can all make our limits not be a financial issue.

If we don't reach the 100% of the funding goal, we will use it to do the following:

  • With the 10%

In case we reach 10%, the money will be used for part of the skaters' meals.

  • With the 25%

In case we reach 25%, the money will be used for covering all the skaters' meals.

  • With the 50%

In case we reach 50%, the money will be used for covering all the skaters' meals and part of the internal travel expenses.

  • With the 75%

In case we reach 75%, the money will be used for covering all the skaters' meals and the internal travel expenses.
