OUR PROJECT

This crowdfunding project seeks to raise funds for the physical edition of our first album, “De refilón”, which will feature 9 original songs + a version of the tango “Yuyal” (Juan Seren).
The release will feature a CD edition, with a digipack box and a 12-page booklet that will include the lyrics of our songs, accompanied by the beautiful illustrations by China del Río, an artist from Rosario who will make the cover art. In addition, along with its physical presentation, it can be accessed on digital platforms (Spotify, Deezer, Amazon, etc.).
How will the album be released? The album is finishing recording at the Penny Lane studios in Rosario, and will be mixed by Juan Pablo Colombo at the Sonidos de la Frontera studio, in Buenos Aires.
Cover art and design will be in charge of China del Río and Ana Paula Berardo, respectively.
Almost all the versions of our songs have the participation of female musicians, which seeks to reflect the importance of women in the music scene in general and of tango in particular. With a total of 9 invited female musicians, the album also seeks to set a precedent and reflect the time in which these songs were writen.
