Empowering women through code

What we do?
At Ada we focus on identifying the most talented young women, who for different reasons had to leave the university, have no job, or have an informal job,to, in a few months, train them to become Web Developers and to enter a work in technology.
After our pilot in 2014, the money we are requesting will enable us to train 40 women in Development Frontend from March 2017 and complete a total of 80 throughout 2017.
In 4 months, we train and connect them to companies that value diversity and need talent to boost their work.
In addition our students undergo a rigorous selection process in which more than 250 women from different areas of Buenos Aires applied this time and only 40 were selected as the first cohort.
In Ada we believe that the real force of change in a person's life is work, so we also provide software develoopment services for Startups, a task that allows us to hire women and finance part of our training.
How are we going to use the money? With your money, we will be able to hire the Teacher who will carry out the training as well as the Psychology in charge of the soft skills workshops. With this we will lay the foundations to train more than 80 women throughout 2017. Together, we can change 40 women's lives!
