My name is Lucas Moltrasio. I am an Argentine artist, 33 years old, and I just finished a pictorial work entitled Brief essay on some painters of the Twentieth Century. It is a series of oil paintings on transparent celluloid overlapping plates of 30x21cm each one, which illustrate some of the Twentieth Century painters and their works, based on a design of cards of The Super Friends 80’s.
This work is part a bio-portrait and a minor thesis of contemporary art. Thesis because it does not lacks of study; because this is a choice of protagonists and design; but above all, because it arises from an investigation of visual arts and its performance to evaluate and qualify, perhaps invisibly, the production and the artist. Seem belong means, to be positively identified, by art authorizers who gives to the artist or the work improbable virtues, perhaps God knows why. Thus was born Short Essay on Some Painters of the Twentieth Century: rate, reviewing the great painters of the last century with the authority of the specialist. Each score takes a thorough study on the work of each artist, but is indistinct, because it is not probable. Also it tends to plagiarism. I appropriate the work of others with the excuse of reinterpretation. That is very common in the art of comfortable. The work is also a bio-portrait: a project of portraits about bios. This is information about the sitter, opinion and brazenness of the portrait painter.
Today I need funding for printing all works in a card format and performing 500 decks to play. Its distribution is educational. I try with this project a brief approach to art in a playful and creative way. Also, I want to participate in the Fair ARDI 2015, Buenos Aires, to expose the original paintings and play with the visitor with printed card.

Specifications of the cards:
Cards Size, 65mm wide x 95mm high. 40 cards in Illustration: Silk 350g, 4/4 inks. Includes Ctp, Varnishing back Shiny, glossy front laminate, Punching.
The cards and original works are at a preferential price. At the fair, it costs will be higher. Take advantage and get your Painters at a single price.
Important: the rewards will be delivered during or after Ardi Fair, which will take place between 10 and 14 June 2015. Partnerships will be notified via email.
Shipping: If you spend not withdraw your reward for ARDI Fair, please write to lucas.moltrasio@ypf.com to coordinate the withdrawal elsewhere or shipping.
